The School of Legal and Social Sciences is located in the San Pedro Mártir complex, a former Dominican convent that has been expanded to include the adjacent Madre de Dios building.
It has been part of the University of Castilla-La Mancha since 1991, although its academic activities date back to its time as a college affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid.

Conference Venue
The academic heart of the University of Castilla-La Mancha in Toledo’s historic district.
The San Pedro Mártir Campus, located in the heart of Toledo’s historic district, is one of the most iconic sites of the University of Castilla-La Mancha. It is housed in a former Dominican convent founded in the 13th century, a complex that has successfully blended its historical significance with its current use as a university campus.
Today, this space serves as a hub for teaching, research, and cultural activities in a setting defined by its architecture and history. Renovations carried out over the years have allowed the building to be adapted to current needs while preserving its identity, making it an ideal place for gathering, studying, and reflection.
